Instructions for submitting the camera-ready version of accepted paper

As the corresponding authors of accepted papers, you will be invited by email, to submit the camera-ready version of workshop papers. After you receive the invitation, please login to the EasyChair link (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icdar2021), and select the role of “proceedings author” for ICDAR 2021 workshops. Your paper will be submitted as an invited paper. You can use the link “New invited paper” at the top-right corner.

Please note that one ZIP archive file (*.zip) is required to be uploaded, which includes all the LaTeX source files, the PDF of authors’ camera-ready paper copy and the copyright form signed by hand.

The number of pages is expected to be in the range of 12-15 pages (for a maximum of 16 total pages).

Please note that the submission deadline for camera ready materials and copyright form of workshop papers is
5 July 2021.

The proceedings of the workshops of ICDAR 2021 will be published by Springer, in the LNCS series (Lecture Notes in Computer Science).

Please note that the corresponding author should respond to publication chairs’ email just in case that further assistance is needed.

The corresponding author should also respond to Springer’s email for proofreading the paper during the final production phase approximately in July or August 2021.
